The Service connects to your Haravan online store (“Haravan Account”) and centralizes customer conversations, conversations between Staff, and marketing activities, including but not limited to, advertising campaigns for social media platforms, email marketing and customer communication. This document is a legally binding agreement between you and Haravan Technology Corporation and its Affiliates (referred to as “we”, “our”, “us” or “Haravan”), where “Affiliates” means any entity that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with Haravan Technology Corporation. In order to access and use the Services, you must have an active Haravan online store (“Haravan Account”). Where we write “you” or “your”, we mean the owner, agent or employee of the Haravan Account registering for the Service.
By signing up for the Service you are agreeing to be bound by the Terms of Service. Any new features or tools which are added to the current Service shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update and change the Terms of Service by posting updates and changes.
